WhatsApp reached an exciting milestone of serving 2.5 billion customers in 2021. Onboarding businesses onto our platform and providing a safe environment for our customers have been the biggest priority throughout the year. I had an amazing opportunity to work on projects that ensure high quality messages between businesses and customers, including enhanced blocks, message level customer satisfactory survey (CSAT), and additional security measures when receiving verification codes.
I designed natively for Android, iOS, and desktop platforms with consistency as a primary driver.
